Okay, I won’t get into how databases work (or don’t) and just address what we’ve got. 🙂 We just wanted to let you know that the most common error users make when using the TCA Membership site is to not complete their registration by clicking on the “Check Out” button.
If you have pressed the “Check Out” button and followed the remaining steps as listed on the site, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration within a few hours.
If you have registered and you’ve not received an email confirmation, log in to the Membership page and press the “Check Out” button, follow the remaining steps and everything will go as it should. The final page you see should indicate that the registration is complete and that an email with payment details will be sent to you.
