An Ode to Tuscany
The community of Tuscany is one of the special communities in Calgary. It is unique in that it was one of the first master planned neighbourhoods. You can still feel the detail and intention: the embrace of nature and lots of parks and green space for kids to play, the awesome pathway system, the quiet cul-de-sacs and the thoughtful mix of housing from apartments, townhouses, villas, single family homes of various home sizes and the awesome age 50+ complex of the Sierra’s of Tuscany that keeps many grandparents close to their grandkids. Our commercial areas keep things convenient and the Tuscany Club, run by the Tuscany Residents Association, is central for so many activities.
